Each generation brings its own experience, approach, and
personal perspective to the workplace. While this can create a
dynamic and exciting environment, it can also contribute to
frustration and misconception. This course will focus on different
techniques that can be used by managers to understand the
unique motivational factors of different generations and to find a
common ground between those different generations in the
workplace. Additionally, we will also discuss how to manage
conflict between generations and how to leverage generational
gaps in a way that is beneficial for business.
